The 1937 Roamer Pant is designed to mimic the typical work trousers worn in the USA during the 1930s. These pants feature a wide cut and high waist, characteristic of denim pants from that era. This was not simply a fashion statement, but a necessary criteria for the durable and robust denim used. Originally intended as overpants to protect the precious wool trousers underneath, the fit had to be wide for easy wear and the option to attach suspenders. To ensure a better fit, the pants also include waist tabs for easy adjustments. The 11oz selvage denim is produced in Turkey on old shuttle looms, lovingly restored to recreate the classic denim of the early 1900s. This denim is made to withstand any adventure, living up to its name as a pant designed for roaming the world.
- 11 ounce raw denim with selvage edge , 100% cotton
- low waist, narrow fit with button fly
- D-ring at watch pocket for your pocket watch chain
- Made in Turkey
