Shipping

We offer free next-day delivery on stock items upon order fulfilment.

Yes! We offer free next-day delivery and next-day Click & Collect
options.

Order Cut-Off Times:

Monday – Thursday: Order before 11 AM for next-day delivery.

Friday – Sunday: Orders placed after 8 PM Friday and before 12 PM Sunday
will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders placed after these times will arrive within 2 – 3 working days.

Yes! Although this service is not available at checkout yet, we can ship
internationally. Contact us for a shipping quote, and we'll send you a checkout
link with the agreed delivery cost.

Delivery Process

UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail or DPD

Deliveries occur Monday – Saturday (Royal Mail), Monday – Friday (DPD)

We'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by logging into your account (click the head icon at the top of our website).

Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns via DPD Return to Shop.

Machinehead Moto believes in fair pricing and top-tier customer service.

When returning an item, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or store credit for
free.

To return an item:

Log into your account (click the head icon at the top of our website). Use the same email address used for your order.

Follow the steps for paperless returns & exchanges.

Please notify us within 14 days if you’d like to return an item for a refund. You then have another 14 days to send the item back.

To qualify for a refund/exchange, items must be:

New, unused & in original packaging with tags

We cannot refund items without packaging or that
are damaged.

Refunds Do Not Cover:

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable)
  • Items returned damaged (includes chemical stains, pet hair, or signs of
    use)
  • Customer-damaged items (these will be disposed of)

Returns Processing: Up to 2 working days upon arrival at our warehouse.

Refund Issued: Within 14 working days after approval.

Bank Processing Time: Up to 3 working days after refund approval.

Please note all returned items need to be in a resellable condition. This means not worn and including original packaging and tags.

Bespoke & Tailored products cannot be returned, and some sale items will not be eligible, if a sale item can not be refunded it will show at the time of the order.

Please let us know within 14 days if you would like to return an item back to us.

You will need email address to submit this request.

Of course! Please submit your return request by logging into your account using the head icon on our website and let us know what you would like as your exchange.

As soon as your return is received back and processed by our warehouse we will create your exchange and you will receive a new order confirmation email.

We always try to process these as quickly as possible.

Once our warehouse has let us know this has been received back we will let you know via an email notification, then sort your exchange order.

Not to worry if the exchange item is more expensive or cheaper.

We will either refund you the difference or send you a check out link to pay the extra via email.

Please log onto your account (head icon), sign in and follow the steps on how to request a return and get a label emailed emailed directly to you.

Once you have submitted your return request you will receive an email with instructions of how and where to return your
order back to us, using the return label provided.

Please include the item(s) you are returning and also your packing slip that was included with your order.

This will allow our Returns Team to know the return is from you so we can efficiently process your return.

Once your return has been processed by our Returns Team (please allow 2-3 days for processing), please allow up to 14 working days for us to refund you.
