Food Vendor Opportunities

Are you a street food vendor looking for a prime spot with a built-in crowd? As our Saturday meetups and Thursday night socials grow, we’re inviting vendors to set up at our events—completely free of charge.

📍 Location: Machinehead Moto, Unit 21, Loseley Park, Guildford, Surrey GU3 1HS
Saturdays (11 AM – 3 PM) – Shoppers & rider meetups
Thursdays (5 PM – 10 PM) – Late-night socials
Special Events – BBQ nights, live music & more

Weekend Retail Staff (Part-Time)

We’re looking for someone who’s confident with people, loves the motorcycle scene, and brings a genuinely good vibe to our shop floor.

  • Welcome riders into the space
  • Help customers find the right gear to suit their riding style
  • Serve the occasional coffee or tea
  • Keep the place looking sharp and running smoothly

Bonus points if you:

  • Know your way around bikes or bike gear
  • Are into vintage or moto-inspired style
  • Enjoy contributing creative ideas to the space

Workshop Technician Support (Qualified – Flexible Hours)

We’re looking for a skilled, trustworthy individual to support our custom workshop — someone who knows their way around a motorcycle and can hit the ground running.

  • Carry out light to mid-level mechanical work confidently
  • Fit accessories, gear, and parts safely and cleanly
  • Assist on custom projects with attention to detail
  • Maintain workshop tools, stock, and workspace

Must-haves:

  • Experience working on motorcycles (independent or trade)
  • Mechanical confidence — we’re not looking for someone learning on the job
  • Solid communication and a calm, can-do attitude
  • Ability to work alone or alongside our team without hand-holding

Content & Social Media Support (Freelance / Part-Time)

We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated content all-rounder to help bring the Machinehead Moto story to life — across social media, our website, and behind-the-scenes moments.

  • Capture and edit short-form photo and video content (primarily Instagram & TikTok)
  • Write engaging captions and short-form copy that reflect our tone of voice
  • Support with content planning and campaign ideas
  • Maintain a consistent visual and written style across platforms

You’ll need to:

  • Understand how to speak to a creative, moto-loving audience
  • Have an eye for what looks good and feels authentic
  • Be proactive and confident working independently
  • Be able to visit the Guildford shop occasionally to capture content

Web & Content Assistant (Freelance / Part-Time)

A detail-focused digital role to help manage product uploads, content updates, and tidy site structure across our e-commerce platform.

  • Upload products, descriptions, images, and structured data
  • Review listings for accuracy and visual consistency
  • Maintain SEO fields, alt tags, and site formatting
  • Support general content updates (e.g. blogs, pages)

Skills: Shopify/WooCommerce, copy editing, structured workflows, and calm independence.

Fulfilment Assistant (Part-Time / On-Site)

As Machinehead Moto continues to grow, we’re looking for organised, detail-focused individuals to help with packing, shipping, and behind-the-scenes operations.

  • Carefully pack and prepare customer orders
  • Print labels, check inventory, and track deliveries
  • Tag products, unpack new stock, and manage space

Location: Guildford HQ
Hours: Approx. 1–2 days per week
Pay: Hourly, based on experience
