With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest and across the shoulder blades.

Measure around the fullest part of your waist, where you would normally wear your belt.
Hips
With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 18–20cm below the waistline.
