With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 18–20cm below the waistline.

Stand naturally with your arms by your sides. Measure across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other.

Measure from the tip of your middle finger to the base of your hand.
Hand Circumference (B)
Measure around the fullest part of your hand, excluding your thumb.
Use the larger of the two measurements when choosing your glove size. If you are right-handed, measure your right hand. If you are left-handed, measure your left hand.
