Off-Road Rider Form

Once you’ve purchased your off-road ticket and received your order confirmation number, please take a minute to complete this rider form so we can prepare for your ride.

We use this information to prepare bikes, equipment and coaching, and to record emergency contact details. It also helps ensure safety, insurance compliance, and smooth registration at the rider briefing on the day.

Before you begin

• One form must be completed for each rider.

• If someone booked the ticket for you, the person who will be riding must complete the form themselves.

• Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Your details will be securely stored by Machinehead Moto Ltd and Desert Rose / Adventure Riding Academy Ltd for event preparation and safety purposes.
