Choosing The Right Fit
Zerofit baselayers are designed as technical performance layers for riding, training and outdoor use. The fabrics are high-stretch and designed to sit close to the body, helping them work properly under motorcycle gear.
If you prefer a more relaxed fit, or you are between sizes, we would generally recommend choosing the larger size.
This guide brings together the main Zerofit sizing information for IceSkin baselayers, Heatrub Ultimate baselayers and Heatrub Ultimate leggings.

IceSkin Baselayers
The Zerofit IceSkin range is designed for warm-weather riding, using a lightweight, high-stretch technical fabric that moves comfortably with the body while helping manage heat and moisture under motorcycle gear.
The fit is more performance-focused and slightly closer fitting than a standard t-shirt or casual baselayer. The IceSkin range is unisex.

IceSkin Fit Notes
- Designed for temperatures from 20°C to 40°C
- Lightweight, high-stretch performance fit
- Designed to be worn directly against the skin for best cooling performance
- Smooth, low-friction finish helps jackets and leathers slide on more easily
- Size up if you prefer a more relaxed fit
Heatrub Ultimate Baselayers
The Zerofit Heatrub Ultimate Baselayer is designed for colder riding conditions, using high-stretch fabric and heat-retaining inner fibres to create warmth without bulky layering.
The fit is close and technical, but the fabric has plenty of stretch. If you are between sizes, or prefer more room under your riding gear, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Heatrub Baselayer Fit Notes
- Designed for cold-weather riding and outdoor use
- High-stretch construction adapts to a wide range of body shapes
- Designed to sit close to the body under motorcycle gear
- Slightly more snug than the Move range
- Size up if you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit
Heatrub Ultimate Leggings
The Zerofit Heatrub Ultimate Leggings are designed as a warm, technical base layer for colder riding conditions. The fabric has a close, high-stretch fit that moves with you under riding trousers.
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

The Zerofit IceSkin Cooling Baselayer is designed for riding in hot weather, helping manage heat, sweat and comfort under your motorcycle gear.
Developed alongside professional rider Glenn Irwin and used across BSB, WorldSBK and the Isle of Man TT, the IceSkin combines targeted cooling zones with lightweight breathable construction for riding in high temperatures.
Cool Stamp Tech® across the chest uses moisture from the skin to create a cooling effect where heat builds up most, while the Rhombus Mesh structure across the back improves airflow and moisture movement under jackets and suits.
The lightweight stretch fabric is designed to move comfortably with the body without feeling bulky under protective gear. The long sleeve construction also helps reduce friction when layering up for longer rides.
Designed for use in temperatures up to 40°C, this is a true hot-weather riding baselayer focused on cooling performance rather than insulation.
Prefer a lighter option for hotter riding conditions or layering flexibility? The IceSkin range is also available in a short sleeve version.
