Where Heritage Meets the Open Road
🌿 We welcome you all to Machinehead Moto—a place for anyone who loves motorcycles or simply loves being part of the journey. You don’t need to be a motorcyclist to come here; our doors are open to everyone who appreciates adventure, community, and the beauty of the Surrey Hills. Nestled in the heart of Loseley Park, our garage, workshop, and shop are set within one of the most picturesque estates in England—a location we’re incredibly grateful to call home.
Since our arrival, we’ve been embraced by local residents and neighbouring businesses alike. This vibrant, welcoming community is what makes Loseley Park so special, and we’re honoured and respectful to be part of it.
An Unforgettable Ride through the Surrey Hills
One of the unique joys of visiting Machinehead Moto is the journey itself. The sprawling 1,400-acre Loseley Estate offers a mix of breathtaking parkland, wooded trails, and farmland. Each trip here feels like an escape into nature, winding through scenic gardens, ancient woodlands, and open fields. Situated between the slopes of the Hog’s Back, the outskirts of Guildford, and the nearby villages of Compton and Binscombe, the estate is surrounded by some of Surrey’s most stunning landscapes.
Inspiring New Riders
At our launch event, we were thrilled to welcome a few non-riders who took their first steps into motorcycling with us by booking their CBTs after our event. Their enthusiasm for the road and discovering our scene, was inspiring for all of us, and it’s a big part of what makes Machinehead Moto a welcoming space for everyone with no judgement. Whether you’re an experienced rider or a curious beginner, we’re here to support your journey.
Rooted in Tradition, Looking to the Future
Loseley Park has been home to the More-Molyneux family for over 500 years, now with Alexander and Sophia More-Molyneux continuing this legacy. With a soon-to-open farm shop and coffee shop, the estate is blending tradition with a modern flair, and we’re thrilled to collaborate on a series of events and ride-outs here. Keep an eye on our new events page—launching soon!—with our first event for Movember as we support this important cause with a series of ride-outs and community gatherings.
A Place of Creativity and Inspiration
Loseley Park isn’t only beautiful; it’s also a favourite film location, seen in The Crown, The Gentlemen, and Midsomer Murders. Recently, there’s been an added spark of excitement around new filming projects. This blend of history, creativity, and beauty is what makes Loseley the perfect home for Machinehead Moto.
We’re incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such a mix of heritage, natural beauty, and community spirit every day. Stay tuned for updates on events, and we can’t wait to welcome you here—whether you’re a rider or simply along for the ride, a good coffee and slice of Loseley Bakery cake! ✨
